The task: In July 2024, I partnered with La Gent, an established Shopify-powered lifestyle store, to conduct a Conversion Rate Optimisation audit. The objective was to build on their long-standing success by identifying opportunities to boost conversions and maintain year-over-year growth. Following the client's brief, I focused on delivering quick-win solutions that required minimal development resources.
